Bel Aircon worked closely with national property company MEPC / Birchwood Park Estates to provide a prospective occupier, Steria, with an enhanced specification, air conditioned, 7,500 sq ft office suite within a building being marketed by Birchwood Park Estates.

The brief was to accommodate Sterias specific requirements whilst under the instruction of Birchwood Park Estates. The energy efficient VRF condensers were housed on the roof of the building, being craned into position over the weekend to minimise potential health and safety issues.

The Bel Aircon designed system provided both heating and cooling to the office environments. The entire installation is serviced and maintained for CB Richard Ellis by our own engineers.
